A unique combination of language & culture presented by Francine, the mouth-watering Provençal food and cooking of Christine and the in-depth wine (including food matching) knowledge from Martin. Content: - Apéritif & Provençal nibbles on arrival - Presentation of the South of France and study of recipes (French spoken) - "Hands-on" cookery demonstration and "blind tasting" of fine French food (French spoken) - Wine tasting (wines from Provence & the Languedoc) and brief introduction to wine & food matching (English Spoken) - Meal with appropriate matching wines from the region (French spoken)  - Final conversation and questions (English spoken)

Learn how to decorate your home in the Christmas workshops where top interior designers and florists will be sharing their secrets. Festive music and delicious scents will fill the air. Join in with the carol singers around the tree and then warm up with a glass of spicy mulled wine.
