A unique combination of language & culture presented by Francine, the mouth-watering Provençal food and cooking of Christine and the in-depth wine (including food matching) knowledge from Martin. Content: - Apéritif & Provençal nibbles on arrival - Presentation of the South of France and study of recipes (French spoken) - "Hands-on" cookery demonstration and "blind tasting" of fine French food (French spoken) - Wine tasting (wines from Provence & the Languedoc) and brief introduction to wine & food matching (English Spoken) - Meal with appropriate matching wines from the region (French spoken)  - Final conversation and questions (English spoken)

Come and celebrate the final day of  Summer festival. Over 25 craft exhibitors in the marquee, Henna demonstration, tug of war, Cookery demonstration by Pampered Chef. Kite making workshop, african drummer, classical indian dancer and lots, lots more.  Acres of space to enjoy with fabulous views over the Vale of Aylesbury and along the Chiltern Ridge. Dunstable Downs is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a kite-flying hotspot.

There will be a wide range of stalls selling beautiful crafts and gifts in the adjoining Riding School Conference Centre. Learn how to decorate your home in the Christmas workshops where top interior designers and florists will be sharing their secrets. Festive music and delicious scents will fill the air. Join in with the carol singers around the tree and then warm up with a glass of spicy mulled wine.
