This artisan range, found in Nyons a small town in the Drome Provencale renowned for its culture of the finest olive, includes a wonderful range of Pates, Tapenades, Flavoured Oils and a delightful range of Vinegars aged for at least a year in oak barrels.  All are made using traditional authentic recipes and are free from additives and preservatives.

Set of 3 French Pates

This delicious gift set includes a Pork & Duck Pate with Cognac, a pork and Wild Boar pate with Juniper and a terrine with venison, walnuts and Chartreuse liqueur.  All are coarse pork pates made using traditional authentic recipes and are free from additives and preservatives.  Please refer to individual pate below for list of ingredients and allergens.  3 x 130g tins with a minimum of one year shelf life.

Nyons Black Olives AOP

Olives Noires de Nyons a.o.p.

These are the 'Rolls Royce' of black olives in France.  They gained the first AOC and AOP (Appelation d'origine Protegee) in France.    Contain stones.  Currently available Garlic or Herbs.  Select from the drop down menu below.

250g sealed bags.  Once opened, will keep in the fridge for several weeks.


Vinaigre a l’échalote & a l'estragon

Shallot and Tarragon Vinegar

Red wine vinegar infused with shallot, tarragon and black pepper.


Onion Chutney with Black Olives

Le Chutney d'oignon aux olives noires

90g Glass Jar.

Ingredients: Black olive pulp (Tanche) 70%, Onion Confit 23%, Sugar, Balsamic Vinegar.


Lemon Infused Olive Oil 250ml

Huile Jaune - Parfum de Citron

Extra virgin olive oil infused with lemon.  Perfect to use on fish, seafood, salad, pasta dishes, and all Mediterranean dishes.
