All their products are handmade in small batches using honey from their own bee hives and almonds from trees they have been growing over several generations, from terraced plantations on the slopes of Mont Ventoux.

Le Nougat Blanc (100g)
Croquant ou fondant?
The carefully selected honey in this Nougat is heated in a bain-marie in large copper pans. After three hours of gentle cooking, it turns white. Whisked egg whites are then added to give the nougat its creaminess, and sugar syrup to stabilize it. Almonds grown locally are grilled before being added to the preparation. The most authentic white nougat you will come across!

This nougat originates from our artisan's grandmother's recipe for traditional Provencal nougat. It used to bring a sparkle to our eyes as children when brought to the table for the Christmas dinner as part of the traditional thirteen desserts.
The honey is caramelized in small copper pans, flambée in cognac and flavoured with natural orange. Whole grilled almonds are then incorporated and the nougat is finally wrapped in rice paper.
