Our wonderful range of Jams, Chutneys and Preserves are handmade by a small traditional business located in the rural Provencal village of Flassan at the foot of Mont Ventoux. These artisans spend all year round developing unique recipes in premises designed and adapted to this activity. Throughout the year, they select perfectly ripe, fresh seasonal produce, mainly grown locally.
All the fruit and vegetables used in our preserves are mainly grown organically, hand- picked, and cooked in small quantities before being filled by hand.
