Handmade Jams, Chutneys & Preserves

Our wonderful range of Jams, Chutneys and Preserves are handmade by a small traditional business located in the rural Provencal village of Flassan at the foot of Mont Ventoux. These artisans spend all year round developing unique recipes in premises designed and adapted to this activity. Throughout the year, they select perfectly ripe, fresh seasonal produce, mainly grown locally. All the fruit and vegetables used in our preserves are mainly grown organically, hand- picked, and cooked in small quantities before being filled by hand.

Onion Confit

Delicious served with cheese and cold meat, this Onion Confit can also be used to make delicious gravy to go on sausages.  It can be served with foie gras, duck magret and game or used as a pizza topping with goats cheese.

Tomato Confit

Delicious served with pasta, vegetables, or simply served on toast as a canapé. It can also add a lovely flavour to a plain omelette, be used as a pizza topping or added is a variety of dishes similarly to tomato paste.

Only slightly sweet, this fig chutney can be enjoyed with cheese, white meat and many savoury dishes or simply on toast as a canapé.

Le Chutney d’Olives Noires
Black Olive Chutney

This fruity olive chutney recipe contains apple, prune and onion as well as a selected blend of spices.  It can be served as a canapé or with poultry, fish, rice, cheese, etc.

This jelly is made with red wine and spices. Ideally served with foie gras, cheese, and as a déglaçage for sauces, it can also be served as a dessert with ice cream, or used in tarts and cakes.
